Other European countries: Norway, Switzerland

Shipping fees:
Shipping is free to all supported countries.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment is received.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time
(typically 5–9 business days in total).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, courier delays, or weather conditions.
If your order has not arrived within 9 business days after dispatch, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue or arranging a replacement/refund.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs vary depending on your order value and destination. The applicable shipping fee will always be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Orders €0.00–€39.99: €5.99

    Shipping Process

    We ship orders using trusted global courier services. Depending on your destination, your order may be delivered by:

    DHL, UPS, FedEx,etc

    Parcels may, in some cases, be delivered without a signature. Couriers may leave packages in a safe location and provide photographic proof of delivery.

    Customs & Import Duties

    International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees charged by local customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

    Missing or Damaged Items

    Missing items: Please report within 7 days of receiving your order.

    Damaged or incorrect products: Notify us within 48 hours with photos, and we will cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.

    Once a parcel is marked as delivered (including safe-place or photo proof), Sofia Essence cannot be held responsible for theft or loss.
